Happy Cinco De Mayo

Happy Cinco De Mayo!  But what exactly is Cinco De Mayo and why is it celebrated?  For most of us it’s a day to eat Mexican food and drink a few margaritas. Well Cinco De Mayo commemorates the Mexican Army’s unlikely victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5th 1862.
